Absolutely, each crystal in our collection is guaranteed to be authentic and genuine. We have a deep spiritual connection with these crystals and can often sense the powerful energy they carry. When you purchase from us, you may even find yourself connecting with this energy too.

What's the Estimated Delivery Time?

For our customers in the UK, we follow a three-day processing period. This means that within three business days of placing your order (excluding weekends), we'll have your crystals prepared for shipment. We use reliable 1st Class and Tracked shipping methods to ensure a fast and traceable delivery, minimizing your wait time.

My Order Hasn't Arrived Yet, What Should I Do?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by delayed deliveries, especially for those eagerly awaiting their crystal purchases. We understand that sorting office backlogs can sometimes lead to delays, and we appreciate your patience during these times. Do You Offer International Shipping?

Rest assured, we take great care to securely wrap your crystals, minimizing the risk of breakage during transportation. Our shipping days are from Monday to Friday, and typically, items reach their destination within 1-4 days within the U.K. If your delivery takes a bit longer, please don't worry; your order is still on its way!

Returns & Failed Delivery

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection from a Royal Mail depot, we will refund the item's cost, including the delivery fee. Alternatively, we can re-dispatch the item, with the postage cost borne by the customer. You can also request proof of postage payment for cost verification.

Important Notice for International Customers:

Our Tracked service allows you to track your order. International delivery usually takes between 7 to 28 business days. We kindly ask for your patience during this period, as we cannot raise an issue with the delivery firm sooner.

If your order hasn't arrived after 28 business days, please reach out, and we'll do our best to assist. Keep in mind that UK-to-abroad shipping takes time, and delivery times may vary.

What If My Package Is Returned to Sender?

In cases where customers have provided an incorrect delivery address or missed a package from the local postal courier, it's the customer's responsibility to contact their local post office. They can arrange for collection or reschedule delivery to the correct address. If the postal service returns the item to us, we can issue a refund to you.

Please note that the initial shipping fee is non-refundable. If you'd like the purchase to be resent, you'll need to cover the postal cost once again.
